REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, May 6th, at 5 pm. Each player must submit an entry form. ELIGIBILITY: 16 years of age or older. lf under 19, Directors will place you in a suitable division. TOURNAMENT PLAY: Winner/Consolation -teams guaranteed two matches. PLAYER NOTIFICATION: Times for the first match wil be available after 12 noon on Monday, May 10.
